The tasks on your checklist
With Haddarco, as a Site Supervisor/Foreman, you'll be reporting to the Project Manager while spending your days leading your team along with the planning, organising and managing of your assigned site. The key responsibilities in the role include, but are not limited to:
- Review the project plans and specifications and provide feedback on the building design, scheduling, cost-saving measures, and potential construction problems
- Maintain and promote good construction standards and quality control and adhere to OH&S requirements
- Liaise with Senior Management, Construction Manager, and Contract Administrator where required
- Monitor and review labour costs
- Organise and submit delay notices and extensions of time

Your tools for success
In this highly detailed role, you must be someone that can handle stressful situations and remains calm under pressure while having a proactive approach to solving challenges that arise on-site.
To be considered for this role, you must have a minimum of 4-5 years of experience in a Site Supervisor/Foreman role working on commercial projects. Carpentry is highly favoured while not essential. You will also be required to have your full unrestricted driver's license.
